All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified at checkout).

Payments must be completed before an order is processed. We accept multiple secure payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
4. Orders & Confirmation
- Placing an order does not guarantee availability until confirmed.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS upon successful placement.
- Dreamboys reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary based on location and logistics partners. Estimated delivery will be shared at checkout.
Dreamboys is not liable for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Clothing items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.
Accessories such as watches, chains, and caps are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Warranty & Liability
Dreamboys does not provide warranty on products unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for damage, loss, or misuse of items after purchase.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
