All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand sales periods will be processed on the next business day.

During processing, our team ensures that your items are carefully inspected, packed securely, and prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

Best for routine orders where cost-effectiveness is a priority

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Recommended for urgent orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping: On orders above ₹1,500

Flat Shipping Fee: ₹100 for orders below ₹1,500

Express Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location

Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your payment, so there are no hidden costs.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment in real-time using the courier’s website or our tracking page.

If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, our customer support team is available to assist you promptly.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver all across India.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified before your order is processed.

6. Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability.

Each shipment will be tracked individually and may have separate delivery times.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

In case of damaged or lost items, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

We may require photos or evidence of damage to process replacements or refunds.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You can request a modification or cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, changes cannot be made due to courier processing.

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
