1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

    • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

    Products such as personalized items, digital downloads, or gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return or refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

    • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after approval.

    • You will be notified by email or SMS once your refund is processed.

    • In case of payment gateway delays, please allow additional time as per your bank’s policy.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

    • Services already rendered

    • Downloaded or accessed digital content (if applicable)

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment or service initiation only.
    If the cancellation request is received after processing or delivery, refunds may not be possible.

    For digital services or subscriptions, cancellations made after project initiation are non-refundable, but we may offer partial refunds based on project stage and costs incurred.
